                               RESOLUTION NO. 19566
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE 
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST, 
                   RESPECTIVELY, AN AGREEMENT WITH THE 
                   TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY RELATIVE TO 
                   INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT A 
                   MID-BLOCK PEDESTRIAN CROSSWALK IN THE 1100 
                   BLOCK OF MARKET STREET.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Parks and Recreation and the City Finance Officer be and are 
       hereby authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an 
       Agreement with the Tennessee Valley Authority relative to 
       installation of a traffic signal at a mid-block pedestrian 
       crosswalk in the 1100 block of Market Street.
